Executive Biographies

Image of Joe CerconeJoe Cercone is a cofounder of the corporation AlliedInput, LLC. He brings more than 18 years of extensive programming, software development and system integration experience. He is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of IT technology to serve business needs with emphasis on improving the communication and use of information in business processes. His experience has afforded him the opportunity to work with everything from small business startups to worldwide IT consulting services. Prior to founding AlliedInput he worked as a Director of Engineering within Gartner, which is the world's leading provider of IT advisory and market research services, where he developed a suite of applications that were responsible for supporting multiple lines of business yielding $14 million dollars in revenue. Prior to joining Gartner, he worked for Productivity Management Group, a leading consulting firm that provided measurement and evaluation techniques for information systems project management.

Joe holds a bachelor's degree of science in information technology management from Buffalo State College.

Image of Lynn SechrestLynn Sechrest is a cofounder of the corporation AlliedInput, LLC. She brings more than 21 years of extensive experience in developing and analyzing survey concepts, data and methodologies to drive improvement initiatives. Prior to AlliedInput, she was a director in Gartner's North America consulting organization. She was leading Gartner's IT Customer Satisfaction (ITCS) and IT Business Effectiveness (ITBE) benchmarking services. In this capacity, she directed product innovation, including the definition, scope, development and strategic direction of the services. Her responsibilities also included analyst fulfillment support, sales and marketing support, and client fulfillment for strategic clients. Additionally, she was considered to be the subject matter expert for survey design and analysis, and frequently presented at Gartner events and conferences.

Prior to her role as director with Gartner, she was a senior consultant and original member of the team that developed the patented Executive Market Analysis Program (EMAP) methodology. In this role, she managed EMAP client engagements and the EMAP data-collection process worldwide (analysis in 23 different counties and 14 different languages) and assisted in developing the patented methodology.

Lynn holds a bachelor's degree from California State University - Chico and a master's degree from San Jose State University. In addition, she is a six-sigma certified black belt.
