What is this "platform" you keep referring to?
The platform is a reference to the services we offer in combination with the applications that we use to support the analysis and exchange of information between your business and its customers. It is responsible for, but is not limited to, obtaining your customers' input, providing feedback, gathering market insights, hosting industry forums and generating outputs used for analysis.
What is an Alliance?
An alliance is the process of continual interaction between a business and its clients. The goal of an alliance is to further grow their relationship and their customer's loyalty. It is the basis by which a business is seen by its clients as a value-added provider and the customers are transformed into a community.
What are the differences between a Customer Alliance and a Market Alliance?
A Customer Alliance focuses on building a stronger alliance with your existing clients based on quarterly updates. The Market Alliance focuses on your future/potential customers utilizing market information that is obtained on a continual basis through your website as well as other websites within your industry. Do you measure customer satisfaction?
Yes. It is one of the many components we measure. We also measure customer loyalty, identify your key strengths and weaknesses, assist you in growing your business, give you recommendations on how to improve your services and help you to be proactive in preventing the loss of existing clients.
Do you do surveys?
Yes it is one element of our service. Our platform not only supports data collection methods that are traditionally associated with surveys but it also has the capability to give customized feedback from your business based on your customers' input. This allows a mutual exchange of information in real-time as opposed to surveys which are primarily used to collect data.
Do you do comparisons?
Yes. In addition to providing you with information that is specific to your business we will also provide you with insights and best practices appropriate to your industry.
Are responses and the data we receive confidential?
Yes. Based on our standard methodology, all responses are anonymously submitted and any data specific to your business will always remain completely confidential. Anonymity provides respondents with a level of comfort which encourages honest input. If your business does require or request that personal information be captured responses may no longer remain anonymous but this personal information as well as information specific to your business will remain confidential.
How is your service different?
Our service is unique because it focuses on continually improving your relationship with your clients through interaction and communication that is created via our platform. Our analysis of this interaction allows us to identify your strengths and weaknesses, provide market insights and offer recommendations for improvement. If you're looking to simply collect data via a survey, are not focused on being proactive about continually interacting with your customers and are not focused on enhancing your relationship with them this is not the correct platform for you.

We support all industries associated with small- to medium-sized businesses with our target market being businesses with a renewable (repeat) customer base.
Can your services be customized for my business?
Yes. We are focused on helping your business. We will work with you to develop a customized solution based on your business requirements.

Do I need a website for this?
This depends on the offering that you select. Our Customer Alliance does not require you to have a website; whereas our Market Alliance does. 
How much does this cost?
The cost of our services varies based on the offering, size of your customer base and method of payment. Our first payment option does not require a contract and provides a discount for businesses that pay the cost of the full service within the first month. The second payment method allows businesses to pay our standard monthly rates and requires a one year contract.

What do I need to get started?
For the Customer Alliance offering you will need your customers email addresses and for the Market Alliance offering you will need a website.
