I was reading your FAQ and in it you mention that your platform consists of applications which are used to exchange information between a business and its customers. Is there something that is installed? If so what the hardware requirements are for these applications?

All applications that are used to support our platform are hosted on our end. So there isn't anything that needs to be installed by you or any of your clients. The only real requirement that we have is that both your business and its clients have access to the internet as well as a a web browser. We support all major browsers on a variety of operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Linux/Unix and Mac OS X). Some of the browsers we support are:
